This is the second time I've had the pleasure to say how awesome Dr. Burney and his staff are. I was having trouble getting my son scheduled for surgery to repair his shoulder. I went to the office on Monday, 24 November and explained the situation and the staff took immediate action. They brought me and my son to a private conference room to personally get the surgery scheduled. At some point, Dr. Burney expressed the urgency and created a spot for the surgery to be that Wednesday. The staff confirmed my insurance, scheduled everything with the surgery clinic and also scheduled his first rehab appointment! Once at the surgery clinic and waiting to get started, Dr. Burney stopped by to talk with my son and explained everything that was going to happen. After the surgery, I received a personal call from Dr. Burney letting me know that the surgery was complete and what all he did. Later, during the recovery process, Dr. Burney stopped by to talk to me and my son, shake our hand and let us know the surgery was a success. Mind you, this was the day before Thanksgiving but that didn't slow down Team Burney. We received a call Thanksgiving day from a staff member to see how my son was doing and to once again go over post surgery things to keep an eye on. I know I'll leave someone out but here's the names I remember: Kim, Lauren, Shannon and Lisa. I pray my son never has another surgery but if he does, there's no question that we'll be calling on Dr. Burney and his staff!! Absolutely the best!!

I have been suffering from shoulder pain since 2022, did Ayurveda, PRP and shoulder repair. Pain got worse, One of our Church leader Fr.Puthurkudiyil talked about Dr. Bureny. Dr. Burney did hip replacement surgery on my right hip in March. He also did meniscus surgery on my knee 10 years ago. I recommend him and his office if you need any help with knees or hips. He does not waste your time but answers any questions you have. I found him to be very encouraging after my hip surgery. His office responded to my calls in a timely manner and I never had to wait long to be seen. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Burney is the best. He's an amazing surgeon and a very caring individual. I had a complete hip replacement and all I can say is thank you for changing my life. I feel like a new person and my pain is gone. Dr. Burney is a rockstar, I highly recommend him to anyone have hip problems.

Dr. Burney has been a joy to work with. He explained the process needed for my knee replacement with giving me the options available to me. He helped me explore every possibility before we decided replacement was the only option left. My knee was replaced with the understanding therapy is of the utmost importance. After following instructions, I have no pain or restrictions. It was so perfect I have now replaced my second knee and am working hard doing therapy. Headed for the same great results. Dallas Orthopaedic Specialists are professional, compassionate and very skilled. When Dr. Burney became aware of my level of pain, he moved up my surgery by 3 weeks to the afternoon he was taking personal time for his birthday. His assessment and technique was advanced and effective. My surgery was followed seamlessly by physical therapy within the same practice which helped with clinical and paperwork coordination. Madison was my physical therapist and he was skilled, encouraging, creative and kept pushing me to reach my best. I will definitely recommend Dallas Orthopaedics to others !
